1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prediction Cube ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. Prediction Cube is a prediction market platform operated in Zambia, and all transactions are denominated in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You must be a resident of Zambia or a jurisdiction where prediction markets are permitted.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Prediction Cube reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory compliance reasons. Users will be notified of account actions when possible.

4. Event Contract Trading

Prediction Cube operates as an event contract exchange where users can trade standardized contracts representing different outcomes of future events. Each contract settles at either K1.00 (if the outcome occurs) or K0.00 (if it does not).

  • Contract Types: Binary (YES/NO) and tri-outcome (HOME/DRAW/AWAY) event contracts.
  • Trading Engine: Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) with real-time price discovery and automated market maker (AMM) fallback.
  • Order Types: Market orders (immediate execution) and limit orders (price-specified execution).
  • Secondary Market: Contracts are tradable instruments that can be bought and sold before resolution.
  • Settlement: All trades are final once executed. Contracts are settled based on real-world outcomes from verified data sources.
  • Dispute Resolution: A 24-hour dispute window is provided after contract resolution for outcome challenges.

5. Fees

  • Trading fee: 2% on all buy and sell transactions.
  • Withdrawal fee: 1.5% (minimum K5) on all withdrawals.
  • Resolution fee: 1% deducted from winning payouts.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via our payment processing partner. Processing times depend on the payment provider. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers. Minimum deposit: K10. Maximum deposit: K50,000. Minimum withdrawal: K20. Maximum withdrawal: K100,000.

7. Regulatory Status

Prediction Cube operates as an event contract exchange platform. Event contracts are standardized financial instruments that derive their value from the occurrence or non-occurrence of specified future events. The platform facilitates secondary market trading of these contracts through a Central Limit Order Book system.

8. Risk Disclosure

Trading event contracts involves substantial financial risk.You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Contract prices can be volatile and may fluctuate rapidly based on market sentiment and new information.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
  • Market liquidity may be limited, affecting your ability to exit positions.
  • Event outcomes may be disputed or delayed, affecting settlement timing.
  • Prediction Cube does not provide investment advice or recommendations.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the platform.
  • Using automated bots or scripts to trade without authorization.
  • Market manipulation through coordinated trading, wash trading, or artificial price inflation.
  • Insider trading based on material non-public information about event outcomes.
  • Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Front-running or other unfair trading practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prediction Cube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited on the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lusaka, Zambia.

13. Changes to Terms

Prediction Cube may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
